-Was never 'Activated' along with the first three, but was placed in a helmet as a precaution
-LOVES pizza!
-Despite his puppy like attitude, Rags is still a Type:FULL and was susceptible to the same overload outrage. Rags can quickly turn into a unrestrained destructive force (this has only happened once)
