Yasu, also known as Skeptic, is pretty narcissistic, refuses to fail, and kind of a major asshole. His resume is to /die/ for however, and he was recently hired at the central tower to help work on the bot Pokemon. He's got his own personal squad of bots, including a few glitchy ones that he's forbidden from upgrading, currently. Most of the time he tends to be hidden off in a corner or under tables whiles working, so a lot of the times other Pokemon might not even know he's there. 

Design is based off a borzoi and serval but draw him however fits your style best!
