Electric Avenue (エレクトリックアベニュー Erekutorikkuabenyū) is the Stand of Tetra. It is a close range stand. Namesake: Electric Avenue by Eddy Grant.
Electric Avenue is a small, humanoid stand. Its proportions are similar to Echoes Act 3 and Heaven's Door. Will include more info after I finalize the design. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME DESIGN A STAND
Electric Avenue is a close-range stand with considerable strength. It has the ability absorb thermal and electrical energy, and store it for later use.
Thermal and electric energy can be absorbed from any object within a close range of Electric Avenue. This includes being close to an object, hovering its hands over the object, and striking the object. Energy is absorbed fastest through direct contact.
Electrical energy is typically obtained through an electrical outlet or power lines. Thermal energy is usually obtained from objects that radiate heat, such as coffee or metal that has been exposed to the sun for long hours. These energy types are stored and used separately, but they can be converted from one type to the other. Electric Avenue's energy conversion is very inefficient, so it is rarely used.
In battle, electrical energy can be released in the form of shock waves to harm or temporarily paralyze an enemy. Thermal energy releases hot air that can cause burns.
These abilities are also practical for everyday use. Tetra uses Electric Avenue's energy storage capabilities to charge her phone, heat up her coffee, and regulate her body temperature in harsh winters/summers.
Tetra gets physically drained as greater amounts of energy are stored. Energy may leak out if she is too exhausted. It will either causes her body to radiate warmth or static electricity, depending on which type was more dominantly stored.

When Tetra became Rohan's editor, she was surprised to learn how dedicated he is to his work. Rohan scripted, sketched, and inked stacks of manga pages a day, and it was overwhelming for Tetra to keep up with. Determined to keep the job, she spent nearly every day with Rohan at his house (or the local cafe) to catch up on work. Sometimes they traveled together to gather inspiration and reference material for Dark Pink Boy's next story arc. Although Rohan prefers to work alone, he values Tetra’s brutally honest feedback - something his previous editors lacked. After spending so much time away from home, Tetra’s house was practically as abandoned as Okuyasu's... On a few conditions, she moved in with Rohan to share a studio space. This helped them both, because Tetra didn't need to worry about paying bills for a house she's never at, and the pair was able to get more done in a less amount of time. In addition to script editing and scanning in pages, she took on the duties of applying screentones and sketching backgrounds after she was promoted to Rohan's assistant. On days that he is too absorbed in his work to notice the world around him, Tetra brings him food and emphasizes the importance of not skipping meals. They are very blunt and straightforward. The pair often tease each other, and they both know exactly what to say to get a reaction. A few times, the teasing got out of hand and led to something unexpected... and passionate~ By spending time with Rohan, Tetra was able to see past his abrasive personality. They're both quite tsundere, so it took forever for them to accept that they have feelings for each other. They are not public about their romantic relationship, but a select few know (like Josuke).

Other than Rohan, Josuke was the first stand user that Tetra met. They often visit the same cafe, and she enjoys his company. She finds it amusing to tease/bully him for a reaction, sometimes going as far as throwing rocks at him as he walks home from school.

Tetra neglects Koichi because she finds him annoying, and she's secretly jealous of Rohan's interest in him. Despite this, she ADORES his stand and showers Echoes with affection every chance she gets.

Yup, the well known host of Morioh-Cho radio is Tetra’s dad. They are on good terms. Tetra often cringes at the sound of his radio voice every morning because it’s very artificial(?) compared to how he usually speaks.
