About

Stoughton is an internal investigator for the officers of Ryme City. He takes his job very seriously.

His personality is best described as "weird". He comes off as cold and stoic, mostly due to his chronic case of RBF. He's actually not a terrible guy, once you get to know him. He's passionate and driven, perhaps to the point of madness. His cases are his life, and nothing distracts him from his work.

He originally hails from the Galar region, giving him his distinct accent. It certainly doesn't help his image of being stuck-up and proper - the officers he's investigated call him Stuffy behind his back. In reality, he's anything but posh; one look at his crammed office will tell you that. Hastily handwritten notes, scraps of newspaper, and tacked-on string connecting everything litter his working space. The garbage bin beside his desk is full of empty cigarette cartons and used coffee filters.

His current special assignment is investigating disappearances of rare, protected Pokemon from the Kalos area. Most of the officers in his division regard his case as a farce, believing his inside-job theory to be nothing more than another conspiracy he's convinced himself of. But the evidence keeps piling up...
