The first Thrall of Joey Rocker, the god of North America. 

A former sidekick to Joey, she defected from him the second he began showing his true nature as a malevolent conqueror. In her disillusionment, she strove to become the hero she used to think her progenitor was. Such is her nature, as she is an embodiment of the ideals of the Anti Fascist movement, and wants nothing more than to tear down the oppressive regime Joey put in place when he killed or imprisoned every politician in Washington D.C.

It is speculated by both fans and opposition alike that she and Joey used to have a romantic relationship when they worked together, but this is yet to be confirmed.
