Ophion evil horse boy
Evil scientist doing evil scientist things.
Runs a 'lab' where he fucks around with illegal experimentation on magic and conceptual wavelengths. If you ask him what the fuck he's doing he launches into a four-hour spiel about trying to grow a perfect Fragment from the samples he has. Definition of 'perfect' TBA.
When he isn't pretending to do good science, he dotes on his lab assistant/friend/crush/toy/manipulator, Taffy. He's half-aware Taffy is using him for protection from the COR & black market & etc but he's weak in the knees, has no friends, and Taffy's nice to him.
Extremely powerful Frag so sometimes people come to him for favors and for assistance. Ophion plays both sides; whichever he feels benefits him more at a time he'll go along with. Generally this means the COR because it's harder to get away with defying them, but that's life.
Tries to pull off a cold and cool exterior but he's actually really emotional and really easily flustered.
