They were born under a bridge to a small litter of 3, but as she grew, her scrawny, fluffy build seemed almost too soft and small to be of any use to her mother, so she took the other two kits and left the one to fend for herself.

She grew up untrusting and blind to kindness, stealing what she could and hunting what she was able until one day a kind hearted Tom approached, offering her the larger prey she was unable to hunt herself along with his kind words and reassuring nature.

They spent years together, and slowly he broke down her emotional walls and met her real self… a self she didn’t know was within her. Together they have a small litter of kittens, four to be exact, and their love only grew.

A few months after the kittens were born, she’s startled awake to the heart wrenching sound of feline wailing and canine snarling. She finds two nasty stray dogs have torn through her litter and her lover, leaving only one kitten left for her to take and run with. They were the only two to survive the attack. She took her only kitten far away, somewhere she felt was safer to finish raising all she has left.
