Kristoff is very old but claims to still be spry and young as he ever was.
He was a part of the original team that created the Porygon. He understands Porygon code more than anything else, but these days with Registeel and Regieleki sealed, he's taken the mantle to work on all the bots and keep them as updated as he can. He's hired Skeptic as extra help and on the side created the Genesect.
