Celosia

Even though dryads usually share their lifespan with the great tree that brought them to life, Celosia is a special case, she is the last daughter of the oldest tree of the world and it was a great surprise when Celosia was born because even the old tree didn't believe she was still able to give birth to more dryads. It was a happy but sad moment for the oldest tree and all her daughter for they all knew her life was coming to an end and the grown up dryads had made their peace with their fate, they had lived a long and fulfilling life and so having no regrets but when they saw the little Celosia being born, they felt sad for the small life that would not have much time to enjoy this world. The great tree knew about a way to save Celosia from their fate, it wasn't an easy one, and it would mean Celosia would be left all alone but they all agreed that would be the best for her, after all, even if they were not physically there, all trees and dryads are part of nature, and Celosia would be able to feel their presence beside her every time she wishes for it. And so, the great tree and all her daughters gave the remaining of their life force to Celosia, because of that, she became a Dryad who is not bound to any tree and her connection with the nature is outstandingly stronger than others.

Celosia knows everything her mother and sisters did for her, for nature connects feelings and thoughts together, so even if Celosia herself was too young the remember what happened, mother nature saw everything and her strong bond with Celosia makes it possible for them to share their experiences and thoughts among themselves.
