Barbetos is a rather calm demon, unlike most of his kind.
He grants wealth to souls he favors, and hoards big amounts of gemstones, especially rubies, in his realm. Others might think of him as greedy, but doesn't everyone have a spark of greed inside their soul?
Despite his usually calm temper, he will make sure your soul ends up in the underworld to receive punishment you can't even imagine if you dare to disrespect him in any way.
He is always accompanied by his loyal familiar, a small owl, but don't let it's cuteness deceive you; It's a creature of the underworld, after all.
Barbetos takes great pride in his looks and despises the way he is pictured in mythology.
