"Leiur is a demon, with what seems to be scorpion traits. He lives on the outskirts of a nearby town--close enough for (actual, rather than magical) electricity and other necessities, but far enough to attract less people. He can hide his phsyical demonic attributes, which is important when he runs a business. He works by himself in his home, creating poisons and offering magical services; poison magic is also an option. True to a scorpion's nature, that tail of his can inject venom. The twist to his venom involves human minds: 'Easily manipulated, especially when you can dissolve their memories,' in Leiur's words. Do him wrong, and you may get to know what his poison feels like."
