Nova is a very precise, careful woman who dislikes any sort of mess. She obsessively cleans the whole house, Sayomi sometimes having to remind her it's alright to have a small mess here and there. Although this has gotten a lot better since Nova got on medication to ease her OCD induced anxiety and started therapy.

She's very sweet and caring towards children, hoping to one day adopt one of her own. Albeit, at the moment it's impossible since she and Sayomi don't yet meet all the requirements for adoption. Nova is alright with that, working hard to meet the goals in case this option turns out to be more favorable for her and Sayomi.

She can be rather grumpy when tired and often just sleeps all day after long shifts at the hospital. She's also not very vocal about issues, having a hard time speaking up.

Nova grew up in... a quiet family, to put it simply. There hadn't been too many fights but Nova's early life was also rather bland, her parents not having enough money to let her attend school trips or make family trips of their own. Her parents also just kind of 'existed' together, with no fights but also no visible affection between them. Nova was mostly just guided towards learning, her parents only paying her enough attention to keep her learning. This apathy and general mess in the house gave a very good basis for Nova's developing OCD to slowly start getting out of hand.

Things only started to change when Nova started high-school and found her first part-time job. Not only did she manage to find enough friends to spend her free time with, her part-time allowed her to afford at least a small amount of school trips and spend time with her new-found friends. She also met Sayomi there, a student one year senior of her but one that was great friends with her friend group. Both pursued a career in medicine, Nova as a nurse, Sayomi as a pediatrician.

This allowed both young women to form a bond, both attending first year of university together. Not needing further titles, Nova ended her studies after Bachelor's, starting to work while supporting Sayomi in further studies. Both have moved into a flat together by then and that hasn't changed since then.

Once Sayomi ended her studies as well, Nova has gotten her a corgi puppy as a celebration gift. This puppy received the name Lulu and has been their greatest companion. Nova and Sayomi are currently looking to adopt a child of their own, while also looking into the possibility of one of them becoming a mother, not yet decided which option is better.
