About
As far as Abby can remember, she never had any parents. Those that took care of her, she meant. Even with her earliest childhood memories, she could only remember having Belle by her side. Times were rough back then with just the two of them, but with each other and hard work, they managed to survive. Now they live in a small cozy home together in the village. As of the present day, Abby doesn’t have a job but hopes to get a proper education and repay her sister one day for all the things Belle had done for her.
It was not long after the sisters had moved into their new home she ran across Cadet, a local well-renowned astronomer. Abby was always fascinated by the stars and was naturally a fan of the mermyxn, but seeing the merm in person awestruck her. She would plead and beg the mermyxn to be his apprentice. She wanted to learn everything she could about the stars that she used to watch all the time when she was younger. Cadet originally declines, however, but after seeing potential in her, he accepted and took her in as a student.

She has been the only Mermyxn that I've sold (and regretted it) and managed to get them back a few months later

Despite having low intelligence, she has a lot of knowledge of the stars and space! Her intelligence is lower because at times she can be slower at learning or noticing stuff as fast and can be a bit air headed at times (possible ADD?)

She struggles a bit from social anxiety and would prefer staying at him or at the observatory than being out in public. But when you get to know her, she's actually super friendly!
Relationships
Belle [ Older Sister ]
Once a pair of siblings, a brother and a sister, now just sisters, these two were always close to one another like a pair of cherries. They meant the world to one another, even if they weren’t related. Abby did question if they were related, but never asked Belle outright. Back then, it was just them against the whole world while growing up. Abby was the first one Belle went to when he came out as trans. Abby wholeheartedly accepted her brother, now a sister, and their bond only grew stronger. Belle would continue to work her hardest to make sure her sister lived a good life and had a place called home. With her little bakery, the duo succeeded and now live a comfy life. All thanks to Belle.
Amanita [ Girlfriend ]
While heading back home after a study session alone at the observatory, Abby, who was in her thoughts and not paying attention in the slightest, suddenly ran into a hooded mermyxn. The duo fell to the ground in unison, Abby spilling her books and papers. Instead of grabbing those first and risking them flying away, she instead got back up, reaching a helping hand to the other, apologizing profusely, and saying that she didn’t mean to run into them. The hood on the stranger fell as they looked up at Abby, their eyes meeting and locking onto one another for a few long seconds. After helping the mermyxn up, she helped pick up Abby’s things in return for her help. Abby being the natural airhead, didn’t realize who she was talking to at first, only treating them like a friend and not a goddess, which pulled at her heartstrings. Things went smoothly after that. Even after Amy revealed her identity, Abby told her that wouldn’t change how she would treat or think about her. They would later become girlfriends
Cadet [ Mentor ]
Cadet may have not been her mentor for not that long, but Abby has already learned a lot more stuff from them than she would have by herself. Not only did she learn more about the stars and planets, but also how the observatory worked as well. With permission from the great Cadet, she now can study the stars with the help of his observatory and his guidance. With the two having a common interest, their bond only grew over time. Abby soon even got to meet up with Cadet’s partner, Mavis, and Cadet with Abby’s sister, Belle. They’re practically more like friends now than mentor and student.
