Weird, just so weird. Doesn't talk, just laughs a lot. Hyper and gets into a lot of trouble. All the trouble. His horns are not solid, they can be moved any which way he likes. 

(I bought this character years ago on DA, and the artist is no longer on there and I have no idea how to credit them. The first image and avatar are their design, not mine.)
