Strengths/abilities: 

-Intelligence: Shady is a very intelligent being. She is able to figure out obstacles and understand simple commands/words. 

-Camouflage: Oddly enough she can change the color of her skin and feathers despite not being a mix of species that can't camouflage or have a different method of it. It might suggest 

-Stealth: Even though she is fairly large, she is very stealthy. Each step she takes is near soundless.

-Speed: She's very fast on land and in the sky. She can also be very agile in the water.

-Swimming: Being part Spinosaurus, she loves to swim a lot. Despite her feathers and wings, she swims very smoothly and quick. 

Weakness': 

-Her sail: If she goes on her back, she'll break her sail that will injure her spine and kill her. 

-Tail Fluke: If she loses one of them, she can't take flight anymore and she would need a prosthetic to be able to fly again. It could also be hard for her to make one since her tail fluke connects to the sail on her. 

-No dermal pressure receptors: Even though she is part Spinosaurus, she didn't end up having the small dots on her face that help her hunt for fish. 

-Venom hallucinations: It is unknown what causes this, but it's likely due to the fact she's such a strange hybrid. With Deathgripper or Death Fury venom, she will have hallucinations after the drug like affect is gone. Shady starts to freak out and become very aggressive and won't stop until the effects are completely gone.

Summary: 

Shady is a creation of Natasha Sahara. She is a hybrid of Spinosaurus, Utahraptor, and Light Fury. She is a very strange hybrid given she is part dinosaur and dragon. Out many eggs and dinosaur/dragon hybrids, she was the sole survivor. As Shady became a young juvenile, Natasha was very disappointed with the outcome of Shady. She wasn't as strong or had many abilities as Natasha hoped for. The only attributes that were favored were her ability to fly and her hunting style. She could've easily been killed for her uselessness, however she was still kept around incase she had any secret abilities. Shady's camouflaging ability was kept secret from Natasha since she didn't want her to know about this so she can hide. She isn't the first experiment made that didn't have intended outcomes. She ended up being the personal mount of Natasha, but only under a drugged like state. 

For the first few years of Shady's life, she was used as bait for practice for the first generation Death Fury's. The first gen Death Furies were more sympathetic and weren't inherently bad. They too were abused and neglected by Natasha and never wanted to harm Shady. Though Shady was meant to he hunt down and a target practice to see how the Death Furies fought and attacked, they never did these things. But the second generation Death Furies were extremely violent and aggressive towards her. There were times she almost lost her life. Even though Shady was kept alive, her dying would've not have been that big of a loss. She was held in captivity for the first 14 years of her life in bad conditions and treated terribly. She has been in shackles her whole life and this is why she has an indent in her sail as well as a large bruise. She was almost grey because she was never cleaned and her feathers were messy and some were stuck from not being able to fall out.

One day she was able to escape when being used as practice again. She never left for the longest time since she would get tracked down very quickly. One day however it started to rain during the hunting session. This caused her scent to get disrupted, and Shady was finally able to escape. She used her camouflaging abilities to run away as far as she could. She made it too an area that was new and pretty. She felt safer. For the first time in her life, Shady felt happy and free. The first thing she did was clean herself in a pond and explore the rest of the forest. Over the span of 3 years, her scars started to heal and she took better care of herself to make sure her feathers and scales were snow white. Even though she was free, she still had severe anxiety of being found. Because of this, she would constantly move and not stay in one territory. When she found the town of Heartsville, she felt safe around there and stayed near the town, but moved to different spots and farther from the town. She did this in ensure her and her friend's safety. People such as Charlie and Evelyn were very fascinated with Shady. The inhabitants were happy when she came around and she was happy. Windslasher especially liked seeing her. However one day, she saw a familiar face, someone she hasn't seen in 12 years who she assumed to be dead. One of Natasha's experiments, Sprinkles.
