Fairlily was created with the DNA of three parents in a top secret experiment trying to harness the power of Neptune by splicing his dna into earth cats and creating new lifeforms with a part of his power. Her skin is quite transparently pale white, it leaks a cosmic bright neon blue glitter substances, she cant go out in the daylight or she'll just bleed. She is sickly and weak but has the sweetest compassionate drive towards others. She hardly thinks of herself.  Despite having the most cosmic dna used in her Fairlily was deemed a failure as her fragile body wasnt usable as a destructive force. Before she was transported to another lab to be dissected she was rescued by her other 'siblings' they all escaped into the wild together determined to stay alive and together. 

Character is Co-owned with m0ving-0n. Meaning we can both use the design as a completely different AU (alternate universe) version to one another's character. ie our characters versions can have different name,  story life, or personality ect from one another.
