 ↳ he accidentally tripped and fell from Heaven and fractured his wings. he was also a newborn and a young fresh little Angel so he haven't completely mastered his powers yet. the more time he spent on the mortal plane the more desperate and frustrated they gets. all those pent up feelings turned him bitter and now he doesn't like things. everything ticked him off and even breathing the wrong way makes him irritated.
