Hyuu Tigris is the leader of (currently) the strongest Street Hooning Team in the prefecture, ''Sierra Panethera''.

Known as the 'Purple Comet', Hyuu is a highly skilled Street Hooner whose goal is to conquer the whole prefecture with his little brother Taiga, leaving their names in history.

He is greatly talented at gathering information and analysing his opponents. Hyuu can figure out a Hooner's weakness and strengths, just by driving behind them for 10 seconds or even less. What's more, is that he can match their rhythm as long as he's behind them, absorbing their techniques. He uses the black out technique where he turns off all the lights in his vehicle to surpass the other driver with a sneak attack.

He has the biggest fan club in the Street Hooning community, stealing most of Mihaya's as he rose to the top. 

Hyuu claims that the scar on his cheek is from Taiga's pet Tiger to make his little brother seem like a badass hooner, but in reality, he had gotten it from a street hooning accident.

Hyuu is extremely dense when it comes to love, so when he develops a mutual crush on his fan (Io), he scurries over to the doctors to ask why he gets chest pains. He gets told that he's probably just lovesick. (His brother Taiga is equally as dense until Charles happens)

Hyuu now aims to get Yuumi onto his team after witnessing his performance.

His theme is Black Out by Overload.

Trivia: His name means 'Panther'.
