Character Rules.

I have a few rules regarding the use of my characters. I mostly prefer to converse and have a personalised agreement but here are some of the main parts of using my characters I want to address.

1. I do not allow my characters to be used in defaming/negative manners towards me or anyone else, especially minority groups.

2. I do allow the use of my characters for criticism and discussion regarding design.

3. I accept parody artwork as parody falls under fair use.

4. I refuse to accept any pornographic artwork of characters which are strictly a 100% asexual with 0 interest in sexual actions, characters which are minors in age as well as sexuality-bending any of my LGBTQ+ characters (Aka: making a lesbian character be sexual with a cisgender male would not be accepted by me.) 

5. If you adopt any of my characters, feel free to use them in any form of material; I feel the adoption of a character transfers full ownership over to the buyer.

6. I like to have my own personalised agreement when it comes to the use of my characters in commercialised products. Reselling is not included, I am fine with reselling as long as you agree to acknowledge me as the original designer (This isn't necessary if you change the character drastically since the adoption). As for video-games, novels and more, I will need consent and permission.
