an icewing with a fur spell, causing their entire body [except for half of the wings] to be replaced with mostly short fur.
the base of the tail and neck has a longer and thicker set of fur, and can emit a fog-like mist upon august's command. this is thanks to an enchanted stone embedded into a silver ring worn on the right talon [the index claw]. the mist is cold and is basically just microscopic ice crystals floating through the air. She is able to manipulate the mist with his front talons, but is produced via the longer fur.
tail and half of wings have feathers. the edges of these feathers are refined and can cut through most organic materials such as flesh, scales, and bone [though the harder an object is, the more difficult it would be to cut through. it would take many swipes to cut a bone clean]
