Frankie

The older brother of Carolyn, and sufferer of Multi-Personality Disorder, Frankie started with a relatively stable childhood.

Which descended into Hell when he got worse with his personalities, learning to control which one he showed at any time, meaning he rarely ever showed any of the more positive ones. He found out about his fire powers in Winter when he found it was too cold for him to stay outside (mainly because he tended to only wear short-sleeved shirts), but had to stay outside to watch his younger sister. And so, like anybody who discovers they have powers, he wanted to find out what he could do with them. A few months after that, he vanishes for a few days due to applying for an experiment. This is why his right arm, part of his left arm, and part of his rightt leg are now metal. He changed his clothes to be more long-sleeved shirts and gloves to hide this from his family, and THEN he learns about his healing.

It was late at night, Frankie was going for a walk because that's what he would normally do to stay away from his family (aside from sleeping at morning), and he ran into trouble with some members of a street gang. Who he had annoyed earlier that day. They first had the upper hand because he didn't want to fight until one slashed him on the cheek with a knife, he got over the initial shock and saw the gang members surprised, and he discovered that the wound had healed quite quickly. But he was angry at them for attacking him anyway, and then he fought back, with his fire and metal limbs playing a big part towards his win.

Now knowing that he had powers and a good fighting ability, and finding out that his powers worked better the angrier he was, he set off to become a Villain. Seemingly vanishing from the face of the Earth for several years. In that time, he makes himself a fireproof staff to help hone his fire powers, and he gives himself a costume that has the right sleeve removed for full use of his metal arm. He shows up to his family once again, as Frankie, and attacks, giving his sister a scar but that was it, and he flees before he could be caught, deciding to don his costume and be Solar Flare while in main public areas, for he knew his sister and her friends would recognise him as Frankie. In his first fight against Moonlight Rider, he pushes her off a building, revealing her gliding ability. This leads to a fight in the street that Solar Flare ends up losing, but that reveals that he is Frankie. Moonlight Rider is shocked at this reveal, letting him knock her own hat off to reveal her identity. The two siblings share a look of distrust before Frankie flees the scene, leaving his sister to deal with the shock that her brother is the Villain she fights.

He has done several more attacks, always ending up being defeated by Moonlight Glider and her friends.
