Frank

Frank does not know who his real parents are, nor does he really care who his real parents are. He finds that he is fine the way he is, with the life that he has, and he does not want to change it. No matter what.

He developed his powers during his school years, a short time after his age reached double figures, and he accidentally caused a black-out by overcharging the electrical power. Nobody else knew what happened, and he never told them, instead working out how to withdraw electricity from things as well. Some time later, a thunderstorm was brewing, and that was the first time he saw his hands actually sparking, having worked out now that Lightning makes his powers react, causing his hands to spark more the closer it gets due to static in the air.

Sometimes he does go out and pretend to play Superhero, but this is usually when he has nothing to do and would like to see how people react.
In his last years of school, he got his main job at an Italian Restaurant, and he spends a lot of his time there, though most of the time he spends not in his work still sees him wearing his work uniform as he can't be bothered to change.

One of his favourite wearable items is hats, and he would wear them all day, everyday, if he could. You rarely ever see him without some type of hat on his head, usually ones that don't match his outfit at all. Because he has no fashion sense at all.
