Ro was created to be a healer, but he literally hated his job with a passion. Was an absolute menace to the scientists. Got his ass beat so many times because he refused to participate. The way the powers work is he has a special vision that views everyone as bundles of red string and to him the healing process works like just repairing and tying strings together. He can also control people and damage their health by breaking and pulling on said strings. He's trained in normal medical work as well and prefers that over the powers. Is viewed as the baby of the group so when he gets mad everyone just finds it mildly amusing.
