"Hmm? Hello hello! Welcome to our show! Make yourself comfortable, please please! Don't be afraid of anyone here, we don't bite! Well... Maybe with an exception of few of our animals... But you aren't supposed to touch them without permission anyway, haha!" What is December most known for? Christmas! In this bleak and dark world, where people constantly talk about global warming, corrupted individuals and natural disasters, Christmas is the only time when everyone can forget about their worries! This is why the Christmas Spirit has always been kept alive throughout the centuries - especially now, that it’s showing itself publically! Every December, from 24th to 26th, the world is blessed with miracles coming from the embodiment of the spirit! Appearing in every corner of the world, the blue-haired spirit appears to help those in need, ranging from giving gifts to orphanages, giving blankets and jackets to homeless to even spending some time with eldery! Furthermore, they even take down those that people despise, as leaked documents from corrupted individuals are often revealed with a small stamp of the spirit, along with the abusive factories being closed down on those dates! And yet, this spirit only appears on Christmas, as it disappears as soon as 26th turns into 27th… The spirit wishes for no reward; the smiles are enough of a payment to it. PersonalityMira is what you would expect of someone that looks like her; she’s kind, peppy and energetic, always jumping around and wanting to be of help to those around her. All around the world, she has gained fans for how precious and innocent she is, while also being able to take down such titans in the community ranging from MLMs, abusive workplaces and even politicians! It is funny to think that many influential people are worried about this Christmas Spirit with the personality of a child~! After all, how can you protect yourself against a craft spirit, hmm? Mira Myra - or Mira, as many just call her - is hardworking and faithful and confident to her cause, sometimes even over zealous, which often puts her in positions with people that are not seeing her for who she is, and think there’s a conspiracy behind the sudden appearance of the Christmas Spirit. However, surprisingly, she’s able to deal with them decently enough thanks to her being surprisingly blunt at times, not being afraid of standing up for herself. However, despite her being a joy and bringing positive vibes wherever she’s at, she’s surprisingly ignorant and naive; she might be able to recognize good from evil, but it would be in a very childish way, with her being unable to comprehend the gray areas sometimes… But she is trying her best regardless of that! After all, she just wants to make everyone happy, even if it’s only for those three days. Creation OriginsOriginally, Mira was a circus girl! She was an Ultimate Hydriad, which is why her namehas more to do with Water than Snow or Christmas - I liked the name way too much to change it though. In that reincarnation, her circus was a freak circus, and she was found by the founder on it on one of the crashed boats on the shore. Growing up, she was told that she was a lost hydriad of a distant land, and that's where her beliefs came from. In the workds, there was also a n idea of her owning a tiger that could speak human due to being an escapee from an experiment lab. All I can say is, original Mira had the wildest and wackiest of backstories. I'm not sure what precisely triggered the rewrite, however I think I just got stuck with the idea and I didn't know if people would like it, so I rewrote and redesigned her. She is still an oddball that might accidentally say that she'd toss you to the polar bears, but she's much more girly and innocent. She also only appears three days a year, so one might wonder where she is otherwise :thinking-emoji: But overall, she is one of my more creative OCs and I enjoy her grately.
