Cillian

Cillian is a timid but kind scholar who uses his family inheritance to study and write away his days. He was born with only his two minor wings, a mutation his family found shameful. He was home schooled and hidden for much of his youth and has only in recent years begun to enjoy freedom after the death of his parents. He currently employs Ophilia, a snappish growly appositi, as his assistant. She takes care of most of the day to day chores and running into town. He use to be a little scared of her but after realizing she was just blowing smoke he started to enjoy poking her buttons.
