Notes regarding the design:

• Honestly, the hoodie can be any color. This is because his wardrobe is filled with hoodies with different colors. Keep his pants black, though.
• The bag is optional, although keep in mind he always carries it with him. This means I ideally want him to carry the bag no matter what.
• The glasses are NOT optional.

The past story Zack will tell…

Zack Daxter was born in a family full of sports enthusiasts who tried pushing him to practice a sport professionally. Unfortunately, he was never a fan of sports, but was rather a fan of technology. Because of that, Zack was constantly shamed for being different from the rest of his family, which caused him to move out to an apartment as soon as he could.

There, Zack started collecting gadgets and learned how to fidget with them. Eventually, he persisted enough to have a network that helped him learn more about the technology he had in his hands. Thanks to it, he was known to repair Marigold locals’ bracelets and other items whenever they broke. Zack learned about Magnolia from his network and had a dream of studying there as a software engineer.

Friends that helped him open up

To fit in with the rest of Marigold, Zack Daxter took it upon himself to practice badminton to the point of playing it competitively. While practicing for a competition, he came across another person who happened to be passing by. Said encounter would forever change how he interacted with everyone else. Normally, Zack was the type to keep things to himself, but meeting said person made him open up a bit. A lot of conversations between them resulted in them knowing each other, and Zack got to meet a friend named Psyli Kadnikov.

Seeing Psyli brought him happiness, Zack visited him often whenever he had a kickboxing training session or a tournament. While Psyli couldn’t win any of the tournaments, that didn’t prevent Zack from supporting his friend. He also met another person who’d later be another friend, Axel. Even if Axel was a lot older than both Zack and Psyli, Zack never failed to impress the demon with his extensive knowledge.

The perfect opportunity to move to Magnolia

Unfortunately for Zack, Psyli was only temporarily staying in Marigold for the sake of training. Fully knowing Zack had the dream of studying software engineering in Magnolia, Psyli offered him a place to stay at his condo as he felt slightly lonely at a place where two people could be living together. At first, Zack felt bad about accepting the offer since he didn’t want to bother his friend about something “trivial”, but was convinced by both Psyli & Axel to accept.

Thus, for the first time, Zack managed to set foot on Magnolia. Unfortunately, Psyli & Zack’s timing was horrible, as they came in right when Altale had initiated a Black Alert, which was the equivalent of an End of the World alert…

Trivia

• Zack is just shorter than Zacharias. Daxter doesn't really have a meaning, but is a reference to Jak & Daxter, which also happens to be one of his favorite game series.
• Zack is an expert in badminton and plays it very competitively. He's also good at the other sports (being secretly a god), but will pretend to suck at them to be more fair.
• The bag he always carries contains a laptop, headphones, an external SSD & a lot of cables.

Magic

Zack has access to all of his powers for when he's a god, although he chooses not to use any of them while in his human form. If he absolutely feels the need to use them, he will purposely hide and use them without showing his face.
