PART 1: THE AGREEMENT

By owning and/or purchasing any of EggTart’s designs or artworks, you are agreeing to my (aka EggTart’s) T.O.S.

I understand that the owner is not signing a contract by owning a design or artwork by me, and instead I am simply relying on the owner to respect my T.O.S. Just please note that refusing multiple times to comply to my T.O.S. may result in reporting, blocking, removal from contests, raffles, commissions, etc.

PART 2: USAGE

1. As soon as you purchase/trade/or otherwise receive a design designed by me, you are free to do whatever the hell you can legally do with it. I created it and you own it now. The only slight exception to this is I would highly prefer if you didn’t use it for NSFW/fetish content of any kind.

2. Designs or artworks received or created by EggTart may not be reproduced anywhere on any website unless you currently own the design and artwork AND you credit me (preferably my carrd or Toyhouse acc).

3. Designs created by EggTart can be sold for it’s base worth or more if there’s personal or commissioned art. If you’re not sure what the base worth is, please ask me (EggTart).

4. Redesigns of any size are absolutely permitted as long as the new design at least ever so slightly resembles the original and EggTart is credited for the initial character creation.

5. Designs or artworks received or created by EggTart may not be removed or deleted (I do not mean putting it on private) off of Toyhouse under any circumstance unless I, EggTart, have negotiated with the owner and given the owner permission.

6. The owner of the design is more than welcome to co-own the design with another user.

7. All work and material made by EggTart may NOT be used in blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. There are no exceptions to this rule. If this rule is broken I will take legal action if necessary.

PART 3: INSPIRATION

1. Light inspiration of any of EggTart’s designs, artwork, or characters is fine, but heavy inspiration, stealing, copying, recoloring, or cloning of any of EggTart’s designs, artwork, or characters is not permitted.

2. You are free to colorpick. I don’t own colors.

PART 4: BLACKLIST

As of October 22nd, 2021 I no longer have a blacklist. I don’t see the point in telling the world that certain people can’t own my art/designs when in all honesty I can’t really control that, and besides, I don’t want anyone getting harassed. It’s not something I‘d wish on anyone.
