Rae was this time made purely from scratch. They we're aiming her to be very adaptive to her envirronement.

she can swim, be on land and see in the dark all in one! amazing
though the project is hugely not ethical.

they would put her trough "tests" for their own satisfaction and validation that this project will be their gold mine.
