A king of a kingdom long since lost to time, Monsoon is the sole survivor of his people. He used to be righteous and compassionate, but since the destruction of his nation and it's people, he's become apathetic and vengeful. He contributes the fall of his nation to the lack of support offered to his people from neighboring countries and cities. 

Monsoon still recalls the days his people happily trotted along the roads of the cities, sharing with each other their lives, traditions, and companionship. He wants to have people to rule over again, even if only to emulate the country he once ruled without fear, but with love.
