Hand-san from my personal spinoff of the game Yume Nikki is based off of mars-san, another large character that cannot be killed. (it/its)
it is found in a rarely-accessed tunnel in a monochrome world not unlike the white desert. if you stab it in the hand with the knife effect, its fingers quiver and its eye blinks. the tunnel leads to a sub-world (because the monochrome world is entered through a nexus door).
