Rose Deschamps

Rose is a fun-loving, hard-working, and confident individual. She knows what she wants out of life and she’s not afraid to take it.

Rose’s philosophy in life is to not let things pass you by, because you may not get another chance. As such, she can often be found flirting with women and/or with a favorite drink in hand. Her day job is usually working as a newspaper reporter for The Morning Star (depending on the story), and her favorite pastime is dancing. When she’s not at work, at home, or in a bar, you can likely find her in a diner having a bite to eat or out on the dance floor. However, despite all this, Rose is still a deeply compassionate and caring person. She’s a good judge of people and character and will do what she can to help put others at ease. She is most often from the 1930s, though there are few stories where she is set in the modern day.

Rose also once dated Tina Dehavilland, though the relationship fell apart due to a few key differences between them. Despite this, the two are still usually close friends, and sometimes something more, with the biggest exception being the modern-day college AU. Eventually, though, Rose meets and falls in love with a certain blue-eyed beauty...
