Terms of Service

By recieving one of my designs, you automatically agree to the terms, and violation can result in blacklist. Please read these, and you will be held accountable if you don't, as the rules still apply regardless of awareness to such rules.

• With a design made by me, CadeAlt or Cadeless , you have full ownership of the design and can redesign, trade, and make stories in ways that fit your interests as long as it does not condone or promote harm to minority groups, society, or individuals. 

• In order to sell a design for currency, you must have added atleast ONE more quality art peice in order to start adding value. The art I do for the character has value only in terms of trade and art value, unless the character was bought with vouchers/USD (then you may resell for however much the voucher/USD was worth)

• You cannot delete the character for any reason, if you really need it gone, send it back to me or sell/trade/freebie them. Deleting a character can result in garenteed blacklist/block.

• Theft of my designs is not permitted, nor is tracing or copying of designs or features. Light inspiration is completely fine, but it has to stay as a different design. No major color picking, one or two colors is fine if you come up with your own pallet to go with it.

• I will not be responsible for the character once you receive them and anything you condone with the character does not reflect on me. If it is found out, however, that one of my designs is used to promote hate or ill intent, I will require you to send the design back to me. If not cooperative, then I may need to make a PSA/beware about it. (This rule is only for extreme cases)
