Design Terms of Use
- personal use only unless stated otherwise
- co-owning is fine, but I can't help to mitigate any disputes with the design.
- resale is allowed for price paid + price of commissions + value of personal work (see below)
- if you want to add personal art onto resale price use your commission prices at the time you created the artwork. if you don't take commissions, use your best judgment to price the art. don’t exploit this by adding low effort doodles/sketches/memes/etc. to the value
- don't add your own terms onto how a design can be transferred
- gifted or free designs cannot be traded or sold without permission (including in "gift for gift" exchanges)
- don't use my designs to glorify bigoted/harmful subjects (such as pedophilia, racism, lgbtphobia, etc.)
- if a design has been obtained from me through fraud (chargeback, trading stolen art/characters), I will post a PSA and resell the character. this is the only time I will revoke a design
