Bringer of Rain
Amorah is the Goddess who brings about the rain in the world. She is both loved and feared for her powers.
Never Empty
Farmers often keep a small shrine dedicated to the Goddess that is constantly kept filled with water. It is believed if you allow the small pond to run dry the Goddess will not bless your crops with rain for the year.
Summer Water Festival
In Summer most towns will hold a Festival in thanks to the Goddess Amorah. The festival begins on the last day of Spring and continues until the nightfall of the first day of Summer. Residents will head to their nearest lake, river, waterfall or ocean and send handmade or grown flowers and petals down the stream. Foods gathered from all the townsfolk are gathered and thrown into the water as an offering to the Goddess in return for plentiful rain throughout the hot days of Summer.
