Kochi is a small cotton candy fairy who's sole reason for existence is to make people happy by giving them cotton candy.
She is able to spin sugar into cotton candy using her powers- it looks like a tornado of glitter and sugar spinning around for a few seconds and then it's cotton candy! She also always smells like cotton candy and sugar.
Loves to see how many smiles she can create each day and keeps track of her records for fun. She also loves cuddles and loves when people pet her while they eat the cotton candy she gives them.
