He doesn’t talk about how he got to the Zone and when asked will either tell you to fuck off or invent a different story every time. The only sure things we know about him are: he’s been in the zone for years, was a cocky and impatient rookie who got his ass beat by a chimera, was lucky enough to have other more experienced Stalkers nearby to save and heal him, is a Loner and that’s pretty much it.
Personality wise he’s mature, serious. The rare times he tells a joke he's deadpan(and his Very dark humor doesn't help). He can be rough to people and though he belongs to a group, would rather be alone as he doesn’t like orders. He’s straighforward, probably too much. He’s almost always on the move (not like the Zone would let him rest long anyways). Experience matters more than age or rank, though he will need proof of someone’s skills and efficiency to dim them worthy of travelling or working with. Who wants to work with him anyways? Seriously I don’t even know how we got this picture...
