Annelise Chevalier

Born in Oxland to Faisal Gunman and Marie Adams, Annelise was the younger of their two children. Not too long after her birth, her father took her to the Nation Castle in Mlaştină, forced to leave her mother and brother Cedric behind. Growing up in Nouveau’s most infamous castle, Anne had no idea who her real mother was as she was told that Aurora Bloodsworth, whom her father had remarried to, was her biological mother. Anne had no healthy relationship with Aurora, as a matter of fact she grew distant from her and stuck more to her father, who to her disadvantage was often too busy to watch over her. Anne was taken care of either by Aquarius Morde most of the time, which eventually lead to her bonding with Aquarius’ little son Robert Graves. The two of them grew up like siblings and faced the outrageous wrath of Robb’s father. Before his inevitable death, Faisal advised Anne to make her way to her uncle Edin along with Robb, where they could both be safe in case anything were to happen to him. Staying at her uncle’s residence with Robb, Anne stayed completely unaware of her father’s death and believed him to be still alive. Later Robb sets off to go his own way, while Anne’s uncle had bigger plans for her than she anticipated. As her father was no longer there to be in charge of what will happen to her, Edin decided to hand Annelise back in to the Royal Family, where he claimed she belonged. That made Annelise very unhappy as she was used to the endless freedom she had at the Nation castle, not to mention that she was trained to be a criminal instead to be a noble part of the Monarchs. Anne’s urge to turn against her own, royal family grows bigger as time goes on until a Navy Soldier had captured a peculiar and notorious pirate. Out of curiosity, she went to check who that man was just to find out that it was Robert Graves himself. As Anne longed for freedom and becoming a pirate sounded more than charming to her, she released Robb from the dungeons to run away from the castle and later become the pirate she was meant to be.
