Vince is the world's most entertaining villain whose biggest crime is his heinous amount of glitter. Tries his absolute best to be the world's most feared billionaire do-badder but fails spectacularly because he doesn't have a bad bone in his body and thinks the height of crime is sending the police on elaborate goose chases that ends with them being covered in glitter and chicken feathers
Lives in his great big neon penthouse in Dubai where the world is one huge party and he's the king of it all. Doesn't understand that people actually adore him instead of fearing him because his crimes are hilarious. Never breaks any actual laws. "Wait you can't do that, that's illegal!"
Vince is wondrously eccentric and thinks anything not covered in glitter and tacky fake jewels just shouldn’t exist. He can always be seen parading around with a wine glass full of sparkling apple juice he’s playing off as champagne, and if you’re looking to catch him you should check the local shelters and animal pounds, where he’s swooping in for the second time that week to rant and rave about the unacceptable conditions and insists on fixing everything. Not to be a good guy of course, but what person could sit there and not fix this?! He’s not a monster!! His plans always backfire and he ends up doing more good than bad, and although his fashion taste and redecorating skills are awful, everyone appreciates his help. Even when he remodels the dog pound to have indoor bone-shaped pools made out of marble and he bedazzles every newly-extended cage with rainbow jewels
