General Rules

• Any design uploaded and/or transferred on Toyhouse should not be deleted without asking permission.
• All personal art and commissioned art of the design can add to its value.
• If you have blocked me or I blocked you, do not offer on my designs or be transferred my designs through gift, trade, or sale. 

• If any ownership disputes occur, I take no responsibility for the owner's actions.
• Co-ownership of my designs is permitted, but please keep one profile of the design. I do not condone making separate profiles.
• In the case of a chargeback, refund, or lack/revoke of payments, no matter the reason, you are revoking your full ownership of the design back to me.

• If a character is redesigned, please credit me for my original design. Do not delete or edit my art.
• Do not "split" or separate redesigns that still bear resemblance to the original, whether it be in colors, markings, or other features.

• I permit "family" characters of my designs, however family characters must be deleted or sold alongside the original design.
• Please refrain from making "breedables" with my designs, as that is the same as making an intentionally similar or copied design for profit.

• Don't resell or retrade a design to scalp it for profit, especially one gotten for free.
• You may give away designs to anyone I haven't publicly blacklisted.
• If you have already finished non-refundable payments and you cancel or ghost me, the finished payments will be kept regardless of circumstance. Refundable payments will be returned to the buyer to the best of my ability. 

• Making public content with my designs is permitted. However, please directly credit me wherever my design is used.
• I will only ask for a "commercial use" fee if you are making and selling merchandise.
• Do not use my art in any public content, for promotional material, or for profit. Please only use art you have permission to use.
