Don't let his appearance as a cute little chick fool you - Peepers Cheepers (or Mr. Cheepers to everyone except his enemies, his parents, and his wife) is a middle-aged corrupt businessman. He runs a company called 434 that sells Easter* products all year round (mostly merchandise of himself, as he is the mascot of his own company). He sells little dolls of himself that secretly have cameras in them, and every year, he gives a random person who buys one a year's supply of candy.
I created Peepers Cheepers and his wife, Worminerva, in a semi-lucid dream.
