🍯 Design TOS 🐷
• Designs are for Personal Use. They can be used in small indie stories/webcomics/video game projects/etc. as long as credit is given where its due. I disavow my work being used for high commercial projects unless I am compensated fairly for the design (e.g through royalties if there are merch sales, etc). I completely disavow my designs being used for AI/NFT purposes.
• I am OK with NSFW of my adult designs as long as they are filtered accordingly.
• Please credit me for the design and do not edit the original artwork. You may redesign aspects of the character, but please do not alter skin tones, hair textures, or body types.
• If you decide to resell your design, please do not list it higher than what it was originally purchased for UNLESS the character has additional artwork. If I catch you doing the former, you will be blacklisted from purchasing adoptables.
• I would really prefer if you do not hide the character. If you can authorize me so I can still see it, it would be much appreciated! Not a super necessary or strict rule, I just like to see what happens with the characters I sell. ^^
