Mikumane is a Russian Plauge Beast. RPB's are a former doctors who died of the Miner's Plauge. Even in their afterlives, they want to help people like they did in the times of the MP. Their masks are formed into their their heads and the two things become one. They tend to wear the type of clothing they did when they were alive. This can range from early 1800's fashion when they plauge started up until early 2000's when the plauge was considered to far mutated to be considered the Miner's Plauge anymore.

In Mikumane's case scenario, she was very young when she died. She worked alongside her father, but she never actually worked on a patient. She contracted the plauge while working with a plauge sufferer. Her father became franctic with finding a cure because now it was his family. Eventually she passed before the cure was found. Even now she helps out in hospitals and adopts older children from orphanages. She tries to be the best citizen she can be, for she never had that chance in life.
