Jullien Razimus

Raz is the king of the gypsies and also a valued hand in resources and tip offs to Pirates and guys looking for trouble-- though it comes at a price. He's decisive and resourceful. If you don't pay his fee, you're lucky to get any truth out of him, but when you meet his rules, his information is always faultless and completely trustworthy. He rarely puts his life on the line but he cares for his people like they are his brothers and sisters. He can use and abuse people with no remorse, to actually gain a place as his friend is nearly unheard of but when he chooses to make a pact of friendship with someone, they become family and no one can touch his family.

Raz was originally known as the Fish Monger's Bastard Son. Being that his mother is the one who gave him claim to becoming King of the gypsies. It was a term of disdain for his origins but he often uses it in his guises. He is in fact the son of a fish monger, which is far less interesting than being a Gypsy King and puts a lot less interest on his identity when he doesn't want it. To the the shock of Razimus's growing Gyptian empire, he volunteered himself a year ago to go up north as a volunteer and offering to the god of the North. His people were sure this was some sort of abandonment, but Raz had a very specific list of reasons for this move. If those aligned with him were truly loyal, he knew there was no chance the Gypsies would fall into ruin in his absence. If it did, then his empire was built on a weak foundation anyway and he had plans of fixing it. Additionally he had business with the man in the North.

Interestingly, Razimus was one of the Wixxons that came with Bitters' sleigh. Bitters never paid any attention to him, which is how he likes to work. Instead of heading back home as he intended, he followed her because he has an instinct for business and he knows a promising asset when he sees one. He also happens to come from the culture Bitters dresses from and is well versed in their lore. He's got his suspicions about her.
