Alice

Alice comes from a bustling, handmade land of clockwork toys, all work of a passionate inventor. She is the fourth of her kind, built to be a ballerina akin one from a music box, and she lived to entertain her fellow automatons and to bring them joy through her graceful and lively perfomances. Life for Alice was simple, no questions asked. However that peace was swiftly disrupted when her home was invaded by a red army, murdering her creator and reducing her people to scraps. However, her own life was spared as she was taken back to the Queen's Wonderland.

In the Queen's Wonderland, Alice was once again the subject of other people's entertainment but in a new thrilling way; as a tightrope walker. Though deeply scarred from what she'd experienced, she found the danger of the tightrope kept her gears running and kept spectators happy. As Mk IV, she was finely tuned to balance so she found no real challenge in the job either. She had found there was more to life than dancing. Wonder, danger and thrills were to be found here but was this the limit to it? What more is there out there to learn and experience? Curious and curiouser ...

"This ALICE ERE, real dependable!! I like er a lot~ She's been a GREAT tight rope walker ever since we snatched er outta er old dimension fulla real weird dolls and killed er creator~ FUNNY RIGHT? Ya wouldn't think somethin made outta clockwork and metal on the inside WOULD be so good at keepin er balance, really, I was jus gonna use er fer a lil ENTERTAINMENT session at first and watch er fall ta the sharks, but she survived everytime I put er up ere, and eventually she grew on me~ That wind-up key is REAL handy because when she runs outta juice, ya can jus stick er in a storage closet and forget that she exists!!! NYEHEHEH. Don't worry, I don't think she has FEELINS or anythin? She's jus a stupid lil machine that can't emote!! (I think-)"

"She has a thing fer lookin out the windows recently, it's real weird!! Dunno what a lil DOLL would want outta LIFE, but I'd recommend shuttin that down before anythin WEIRD happens. Can ya IMAGINE robots if they gained sentience? HEH!
