Legend has it that she was born out of the dust along just as the first terrestrial plants were growing on Earth. Supposedly she's a nature spirit that guards all living creatures on Earth. Gaia is an old soul stuck in a never-aging body. She is sweet, humble, and gentle on the outside. When her morals or values are tested, she will not hesitat to put her foot down, especially for the the protection of nature. She is merciful, but test her twice and she will know better than to let you go free again. Gaia can change in size, taking in more earth matter into her body, when she needs to in intense situations, so watch out. She feels badly for this later because she gashes up the land to use this power. Through the years she has had many hardships and that bear a heavy weight on her back. She has lost many loved ones and seen the destruction of some very loved places of hers. Most of her past lovers had been mortal, and so she's had heart break over and over but tries to appreciate the relationships for what they were. She sort of loathes her position as an immortal nature goddess, but she knows she has to do her part and push on. On her good days, she loves spending time with little creatures running down her back and singing from her branches and she remembers why she loves this planet so much.

These two have been friends for a long time and a long time to come, being that they are both immortal. Kishi also loves lore and Gaia is a walking legend. Partially from his fascination, their long life spans, and their compatible personalities, a wonderful friendship was born. They were never romantically invested with eachother though, it may be becasue they have too much in common with the knowledge of what its like being immortal and living so long.
