A vessel without a shell that somehow keeps its form. It can mold into any shape at any given time, even fitting into jars if it shrinks itself enough, but refuses to inhabit its own shell. It used to be a vessel before it was thrown back into the Abyss by the Pale King on grounds that its sockets made it look as if it was constantly happy. Its shell broke on the way down, thus resulting in the round-eyed shade. It can somewhat interact with physical objects.

When upset, its form spirals out of its control, lashing tendrils extending out and multiple "eyes" appearing on its body. When this happens, it's best to leave it alone until it tires itself out. It will then return to normal, albeit guilty about the mess it had created in the process.
