JOYFUL • HELPFUL • LOYAL

P'acha got a sunny personnality, she always tries to see the bright side of every situation. It's not toxic positivity, she knows when to be serious and when it's not the time to be over cheerful. But she also understand it's more easier to get what you want by being polite and with a smile than by being a rude bitch.

As she can be bubbly and fun, peoples tend to give her their trust or ask for help, and even if she would actually help a lot without being ask, don't take that for granted. Being friendly doesn't mean she don't choose her fights, if it's for the greater good she'll probably tries her best to participate but if any of her close friends or familly would be put at risk she would back up and protect them in priority.

DIRECT • HONEST • SERIOUS

Even if she always tries her best to be polite, sometimes a situation can require brutal honesty. If you start picking on her for no reasons, or tend to speak with a bad tone, she will not make any efforts. Why would she do all the work of keeping the conversation peaceful if the other participant is just a piece of shit.

She'll tend to always speaks her mind, maybe saying stuff with a lovely undertone or trying to make it pass in a better way but you'll never catch her lie straight to someone face. Better bitter truth than coated sugar lies.

CHILDHOOD (BEFORE ARR)

She don't remember well what happened. She was only 5 maybe 6, a young Miqo'te traveling with her parents, they came frome the Thanalan to meet some of their family relative in the Shroud of Gridania. But they got lost, the shroud wasn't their place to be, and both of her parents wern't fighters.

There were too many Morbols in that part of the forest.

Luckly an Elezen found her, he had be dispatched as a mercenary to take care of the smell invasion by the Morbols. Shaking, hiding, terrified, he took her, saved her, and he wasn't planning on adopting her in a first place, but while he was keeping her until the Twin Adder found a solution, he couldnt bring himself to let her go with another stranger, seeing how she grabbed his coat, never wanting to left his side giving him all the trust in the world. And that's how Masaari became a dad (and a good one).

ADVENTURES (ARR STORY LINE)

The traumatism washed away with time and a loving environment. With a good education and a particularly strong affinity with healing power she started to learn the uses of white magic like her dad did before. Deciding not to join the Free Company of her dad at first, P'acha felt strong enough to travel the world a bit to find an actual path to her future. Continuing her studies into the healing ways she took interest into the scholar stories and with the help of her summon fairy she started to see her limits to protect allies and friends while staying in the backline.

She did met lots of peoples and stories during her young adventurer life, as well as her first love. Like a hero he saved her from an ambush and she decided to travel a bit at his side. A fullfilling experience making her will to protect stronger and she took the sword, not leaving behind her magical ability, becoming an exemplary paladin.

RESPONSABILITIES (POST ARR / HW)

Wielding the sword and shield to protect her allies she joined her dad as her right handed woman in the Company. Peoples would probably think she had facilities joining or had a preferencial treatment as the "daughter of the headmaster", but no. In fact Masaari was maybe a bit harder on her, since he did her education and was well award of what she was capable of. Proving her abilities to take quick and good descisions, keep her composure in most of dangers. Wanting to help outside her close circle, she became a mercenary to help the Scions anywhere in Eorzea. fighting into hostile territories, new ennemies she wouldnt even suspected.

Sadly, learning about herself during fights and travels didn't help her relationship with her, at the time, husband. They lost touch in talking and took a break in both sides. The ambient sickness and the treason around her shifted her outgoing personnality for a more reserved one. Not opening as much as before, thinking that it would be easier to cope with the lost or even protect if she put distance, not showing any weakness outside but keeping them down the throat. It was natural at this time to put aside the healing and grab an even bigger sword filled with rage and bitterness, following the road of the dark knight, not for the good reasons at first but going down that hole was necessary.

The not so "happy ending" of all the situation she encountered was a triggering point on how she could have done better, blaming all of things that could have been avoided with a bit more observation, not only the deaths, since dying was a bit too commun around her, but more of the many times she was incapacitated or not able to move freely. Fighting with her own self (litterally) made her reflect on why she choose to loose herself to anger and it blinded her judgment too many times. Keeping the darks arts pathway her ferocious inner rage still growing she searched around a solution to control it, to shut it down, but it wasnt working. Almost loosing control of herself it was hard and harder to calm her down. Afraid she would hurt someone while not being completly herself she too a break on fighting the whole world.

LEARNING (StB)

Going back to Limsa, first to catch her breath, she heard about a strange beastial man loosing control over his rage and menacing innocents lives. The city in baldy needs of help and feeling some similarity to his situation she decided to offer her services for finding him, if the rage would consume her whole it would have been fighting another beast. But that whole situation actually helped her a lot, meeting with that beast of a man and searching ancient text in company of the peoples that first asked for her help. Learning that all rage or bestiality wasnt always a bad thing, she took control of the fire burning in her, making it work to reinforce her and not getting overwhelmed with it.

She wasn't present to help for Ala Mhigo, as she wanted to perfect her training, scared to not be ready nor to leave up to her fearless reputation. After that whole introspection her friends and the Scions would be able to count on a powerful warrior by their sides. As a lots changed in her, she decided to end her mariage before leaving for the outercontinent of Hingashi to help the Scions as always. The divorce wasn't easy but she remains friends with her former husband, even if their proximity did not return to before; it was the best choice for her.

Sailing for Kugane she discovered new habits and new moral, the cultural shock (especially on the food) was a welcoming breeze of fresh air. Becoming a great asset during the liberation of Doma her resentment against the Garlean Empire grew. It was her first time witnessing what a real ongoing war was doing to a country, to it's peoples. Not some old war from millenium ago, a real live conflict with direct horror in front of her very eyes. Ferocious fights where played lots of lives were lost, a small price for freedom some might say but it was always hard to not be able to save everyone in her mind. Even after all her experiences she was still young and learning that heroes weren't real, you can't save everyone and everything. That war was the proof.

The freedome of Doma came with a bitter after taste but she took no time to cry on that, better to go forward than wishing to change the past was the new mindset she followed and the city of Doma needed hands to reconstruct itself. But before seeing the end of the reconstruction she was "called" to another place.

SORROW (ShB)

Litterally to another place and problably space, and maybe time. Opening her eyes on an even weirder place than Hingashi, somewhere where the light never faded from the sky. Apparently calling her here was a mistake, and not the first or the last one as all the scions ended up following her in that strange world. They fought the sin eaters/lightwarden all around that new area called Norvandt, The First as the Scions called it. The threats were different from the war she just lived but not less dangerous, maybe even more

She wasn't the one to absorb all the light from the wardens, since the echo wasn't present in her at that time. Just orbiting around with the scions to help weaken the lightwarden to facilitate the rest. As her friends started to feel sick after staying in the First she still wasn't experiencing any dizziness or weakness; no one really paid attention to her, since the state of the others was more worrying.

The echo power was finally awoken in her. Seeing the Finals Days of Amaurot in the illusion Elidibus created, was the missing piece to shaken her old soul.

Also vomiting light is not good for your intestins.
