2. Senuzu Inochizo - 千渦 命像 (Thousand Maelstroms, Living Artwork)

When ink is tattooed onto it, the tattoo itself is given life like a summon. The clone jutsus are rendered almost moot, as clones cannot duplicate the tattoos - so the more tattoos acquired, the less useful the clones. Transformation jutsus have a similar issue, in so far that his personal tattoos cannot and will not disappear, no matter who he tries to duplicate physically. He uses a single-hand seal summon formation and presses it into the tattoo to bring it out of his body and into reality. In meditation, he can commune with the tattoos as a group.
