He is a bit of a narcissist, he often thinks of himself as better than everyone around him but at the same time struggles with self-esteem issues, which has often caused him to shut off and hide in his home without any outside contact for days at a time. Quarth is nice to people that benefit him either financially or simply for entertainment. He is also selfish and will put himself before anyone else. He is sometimes perceived as cold, but deep down he does care for the people that have stuck around and will help them if it doesn't mean too much work.
His personality is very contradictory which has caused him to be disliked by many people around him. On one hand he is cold and distrustful towards everyone and dislikes helping others, on the other hand he wants to be nice and help his friends, but because of past abuse he is unable to do so most of the time and easily comes off as rude.

You can add anything that was worn by men in ancient italy, like a white tunic(if so then out of very light material and slightly see-through) or golden accessories like bracets or rings stuck in his feathers! (No piercings though)
The wings aren't optional,, there are a few pics with him without them, with just scars instead, but they aren't canon ^^
