BY OWNING A DESIGN BY ME YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO MY TOS. BREAKING MY TOS IN ANY WAY MAY RESULT IN A BAN AND BLACKLIST.
➽ you are free to make edits to any aspect of the design as long as it does not violate my DNI (click to view). this includes species changes, color or anatomy changes, cleaning up art, etc. keep a copy of the original file and my signature to ensure that you have ownership over the original design and are not just tracing over a stolen design.
➽ you can trade or gift designs as much as you want. you can resell designs for the price you bought for or with added quality art. do not inflate prices or scalp characters. if you do not want a character that was free/a gift and it does not have added quality or commissioned art, please return to me.
➽ none of my designs can be depicted in any sort of hate speech or bigotry that oppresses minorities.
➽ do not re-add/ "unvoid" my closed species designs. once a design has been removed or voided from a closed species, do not add it back into that species. please respect the reason for removing that design from closed species
➽ respect all closed species TOS before mine
➽ please do not delete my designs off Toyhouse; if you do not want a character anymore please transfer back to me!
